Thomas Cooper first began brewing his now famous ale in 1862. His talents found him producing the world renowned Coopers Sparkling Ale and Coopers Best Extra Stout for a growing band of customers. Coopers Brewery, still family controlled, continues to supply fine ales and stouts throughout the world.

Coopers Brewing Kits allow brewers the world over to brew beer in the Thomas Coopers tradition.

Coopers Stout has a dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso crema, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouthfeel and dark malt characteristics. The combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.
