We are aware that many people are anxious to ensure a degree of privacy when making purchases via Internet and Tele Sales systems and it is with those concerns in mind that we offer the following policy.

And any specific delivery details you may give us at the time of ordering.
This information will only be used by ourselves in order to complete your purchase transaction and marketing. The use of the information will only be used lawfully and in compliance with Data Protection legislation and other appropriate guidelines
Any details we hold about you will be accurate and up to date, a copy of such details will be available on request and without delay.
No details will be passed to any third party with out your specific, prior permission other than in circumstances where we are obliged to provide details by Law, such circumstances would usually be in connection with Criminal Proceedings.

Delivery Terms and Charges
The cost of delivery and packaging is controlled by weight of your order including necessary packaging. Orders up to a weight of 30kg are charged as follows:
England & Wales - £4.95
Scotland (exc. Highlands) - £4.95
Northern Island - £19.95
Scottish Highlands - £19.95
Small items may be sent via Royal Mail. Orders over 30kg will be charged an extra £0.30 for each extra kilo or part there of. Product weights are approximate. Exact shipping rates can only be given once the order has been placed, if the amount is greater than that quoted during the order process then we will contact you to discuss options.
If you live outside of the UK mainland then please contact us before placing an order for delivery details.
Your order is usually dispatched within 7 working days and you should receive it within 14 working days of our receipt of that order. Generally orders are sent and received well within these limits.

Alternative Products
When items ordered by you are unavailable we will contact you - usually by E-mail - to offer an alternative product or advise anticipated date of availability of the original item.

Glass Products
All glass products are sent at the customer's risk. We are not liable for any breakages howsoever caused.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our cancellation, returns and refund policy is in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
The customer has the right to cancel the order within a cooling off period of seven working days starting from the day of receipt of the goods. Working days are not Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
The customer must send a notice of cancellation in writing (including fax and email). Products should not be opened or used prior to their return. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. A full refund, including the delivery charge, will be made once we have received the returned order.
In the unlikely event of items be delivered to you which are not as requested, the items will be returnable at our expense. Please note that our prior agreement is required before return and a returns note will be supplied by E-mail.
Goods ordered in error can be returned undamaged and a refund will be given. The costs and responsibility of returning the goods safely to us will lie with the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we receive returned goods in an undamaged condition and we do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the course of their return to us.

Complaints
If at any time you have a complaint about our goods, service or any matter relating to trading with us please contact Mr. D. Boustead by telephone on 01392 202251.
We will deal with your complaint expeditiously and attempt to reach a solution acceptable to both parties. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this procedure.
